Deutsches Menschen/Grund/Voelker-Recht, Afghanen, Franzosen und 'Anderes

Nur mit diesem allzu verdaechtigen Namen allein, werden Ihm im heutigen Deutschland doch schon sicherlich Meinungs/Menschen/Grund und Voelkerrecht zu einem gewissen Grad aberkannt. Mit seinen Erlaueterungen wird er sich nicht nur von den extrem Rechten mit religioes/rassistischem Nationaldreck angegriffen sehen, sondern auch durch die noch extremere Politik/Judikative-GmbH zerrissen werden. Menschen/Voelkerrecht/Grundgesetz/Verfassung Deutschlands auf dem Pruefstand?? Braucht man nicht, ..... durchgefallen.

Haesslich ernuechternd ist es, wenn Suermeli mehrfach zu verschiedenen Positionen des 'Mangels an Menschen/Voelker/Grund/Verfassungs-Recht in Deutschland immer wieder die gleiche Frage mit der gleichen Antwort bestueckt. "Was man denn dagegen machen kann??" ... NICHTS!!!" .............Wo kein Recht existiert, kann man auch Keines in Anspruch nehmen. Nach dieser Erkenntnis duerfte sich in Deutschland schon mal niemand mehr wohlfuehlen duerfen/muessen.

Beispiel Afghanistan: Bis zu den 90gern hielt sich Deutschland, zumindest an das auferlegte Verbot jeglichster real-militaerischer Aktionen ausserhalb Deutschlands. ..... 'Eines der "NIEMALS WIEDER"

Nach Dessert-Storm wurden 'wir durchaus willig' genoetigt/gezwungen wieder aktiv mitzuballern und nicht nur zahlendes 'Mitglied zu sein/bleiben. Da wurden dann die deutschen Grenzen bis hintern Kosovo verlegt. Und danach? ....................

Afghanistan zwar ein ilegaler Angriffskrieg aber durchaus 'gerechtfertigt durch die nicht nur westliche Solidaritaet nach 9/11.... Turban/Bart/Hoehle-Angriff. Und schon sind Deutschlands Grenzen hinterm Kaukasus gezogen.

Seitdem moecht man andauernd dieses veraltete Grundgesetz auf den neuesten Stand der sich staendig veraendernden Voraussetzungen "anpassen" und da dies nicht so recht 'angenommen wird, Pfuscht man halt (wie zuletzt ein total unnuetz-hirngelaehmter Jung) im 'militaerischen Weisbuch' rum um die Interessen Deutschlands zu wahren.

Beispiel Verfassungsgericht: Fruehjahr 07 stand der Tornado-Einsatz + der Ausreizung des 'mandatierten Truppenkontingents zur Diskussion. Nicht nur das der 'unwichtige Grossteil aller Deutschen gegen diesen Einsatz waren, .. es hagelte auch Verfassungsbeschwerden + einer 'Organklage der 'Linken. Alleine die Aufnahme/Bearbeitung dieses ilegalen Einsatzes wurde vom Verfassungsgericht grosszuegig bis nach der Endsendung der Tornados vertagt. Nach weiteren Verzoegerungen wurde der Einsatz, gegen die berechtigten Beschwerden/Klagen legalisiert. .... Klar.

Und wie siehts heute aus mit den Menschen/Voelkerrechten? .............. Extremst Unmenschlich von bedauerns'wert ekelhafter "Hypokratie"? begleited.

Da ist doch tatsaechlich einer der 'Wessi-Unseren' auf brutalste Weise ums Leben gekommen worden! ... "Bei einem Anschlag in Afghanistan ist ein deutscher Soldat getötet worden." Ja so was aber auch. ... Unfassbar!! "Es habe sich um einen «feigen, hinterhältigen Anschlag» mit einer Sprengfalle gehandelt." .... Gemein!! ... "Die Bundeswehr werde aber ihrer Aufgabe weiter nachkommen - auch zur Sicherheit der Bundesbürger. Denn in Afghanistan dürften nicht wieder Ausbildungscamps für Terroristen entstehen." .... Sind denn diese 'Camps' nicht alle jetzt in Pakistan, dessen Grenzdoerfer 'Wir, in letzter Zeit, schon ueber 20 Mal mit heftigen zivilen Opfern bombardiert haben?? "Auch Außenminister Frank-Walter Steinmeier zeigte sich erschüttert. «Wir verurteilen den feigen Anschlag aufs Schärfste»" Fuer den Eintritt des Todes des deutschen Soldaten gibts sogar ne genaue Zeitangabe.

Die 'Schockwelle' getoeteter deutscher Soldaten in Afghanistan ergriff Deutschland 28 Mal seit 2002... Nicht selten, wurden gerade wieder vor ein paar Tagen 90 Afghanen von 'Uns weggeschlachtet, ... darunter 50 Kinder, 19 Frauen und 8 Maenner, ...... in nur wenigen Sekunden.

Auch Frankreich erlitt neulich die schwersten Verluste in Afghanistan mit 10 'gefallenen Soldaten, welches die Gesamtzahl franzoesischer Gefallenen in Afghanistan seit 2001 auf 24 erhoeht. Deswegen wird doch tatsaechlich 'der Einsatz in Frage gestellt'. "«Welche Ziele hat dieser Krieg? Wieviel Truppen braucht man, um die gesetzten Ziele zu erreichen? Wie sieht die Bilanz der Militäraktion und des Wiederaufbaus seit 2001 aus? Viele Fragen haben eine schnelle Antwort verdient»" ..............

Da wurden in den letzten 7 Jahren 52 deutsche/franzoesische Soldaten in Afghanistan getoetet. Weniger als afghanische Zivilisten an einem einzigen Tag. Da wird der "Antiterrorkrieg" selbst zum Terror

Dazu gibt es einige Antworten. Die Allererste ist das wuerdige/unwuerdige Opfer. Waehrend gerade eben wieder eine Frau und 2 afghanische Kinder unter deutscher Beteiligung getoetet wurden, wird einem einzelnen gefallenen, deutschen Soldaten jeglichste Aufmerksamkeit zuteil. Trauerfeier mit Jung und Schneiderhan inclusive. ..... Im Gegensatz dazu werden jaehrlich tausende Afghanen getoetet und da gibt es nur die Traenen der Hinterbliebenen.

Die zweite Antwort basiert auf der Ersten. Sie ist alles andere als 'Neu' und durch die Grausamkeiten der Geschichte bewiessen mal wieder nicht minder brutal, schwach-wahn-irrsinnig und Unmenschlich. "Mehr Waffen, Mehr Truppen, Mehr Tote"

Wie sich das ganze bisher entwickelte duerfte wohl jedem? bekannt sein auch wenn mans kaum glauben mag.

Vor 2Wochen hat Sackarschwilli Sued-Ossetien bombardiert. Die Betonung dieses Blitzkriegs lag eindeutig auf Staedten/Zivilisten und brachte in nur wenigen Stunden ueber 1000 Getoetete ziviler Natur.

Genau zu diesem Zeitpunkt gab es selbst fuer den Wessi-Mainstream kaum eine andere Wahl als sich zu 'wundern, wenn nicht sogar diese Brutalitaet zu verurteilen und als Kriegs/Verbrechen und/auch Durchdrehen des Sackarschwillis zu beschreiben. Gluecklicherweise traten dann Diejenigen auf den Plan, auf die man ja im eigentlichen losgehen wollte. Nur das Timing hat nicht ganz gestimmt. ..... Die Russen! .. kommen

Eine Woche nach dem Angriff Sackarschwillis auf Sued-Ossetien stand Merkel letzten Samstag16' neben dem russischen Praesidenten Medwedew und hat ihn, leider erwartungsgewohnheitsgemaess primitiv, unverhaeltnismaessig, verheuchelt und dummaggressiv von der Seite angemacht. (worauf er offensichtlich nicht mal einen Scheiss gab)

Manche hatten schon zuvor vorgeschlagen, 'Es' solle doch besser im Urlaub bleiben, aber Gelegenheiten fuer ihren immer unglaublicher werdend, gefaehrlich provozierenden, immer schwerer zu verstehenden Schwachsinn laesst sich dieser wandelnde Albtraum nie und nimmer entgehen.

Einen Tag nach ihrem Russen-Bashing, glich Merkels Autritt mit dem schnellen Massenmoerder Sackarschwilli einer NordAtlantischenTerrorOrdnungs-Fellatio inclusive Hoden. Klar, schnuert man mit der absoluten Betonung auf die "territoriale Integrität Georgiens" schon mal nen richtig fetten Sack zu. Mit der "Hilfe beim Wiederaufbau militärischer Anlagen" geht Merkel dann schon ins ekelhaft Eingemachte, wenn man davon ausgeht, das die Toetung der Sued-Ossetischen-Zivilisten durch die waffenliefernde Euroamerikanisraelische militaer-kriegsberatende Demokratisierungsmaschine erst ermoeglicht und provoziert wurde.

Das Maul schon zu voll, dehnt Merkel in oralischer Akrobatik mit, "«Georgien wird, wenn es das will, und das will es ja, Mitglied der Nato sein»" ... "«Für mich hat sich die Lage an dieser Stelle nicht verändert.»", ihre Zunge Richtung Sackarschwillis Anus. .... Soweit so Schlecht.

Solange man Merkel heist, und sich durchgehend fies Arschtretend und Messerstechend in Position gemobbed hat, ist dieser beschissen provokative Eskalationsversuch wohl durchaus zu vertreten.

Dann hat diese gefaehrlich-komische Tante aber etwas gesagt, welches sich wie eine nahtlose Blutspur durch die Menschheitsgeschichte zieht. Davon ausgegangen, das Kriege die uebelst 'angeborene Errungenschaft der Menschheit darstellen, darf man Diejenigen die sie vom Zaun brechen als gefaehrliche Verbrecher als auch boesartigeres bezeichnen. Und nur zu oft wurden Kriege durch Intrigen, Provokationen, Unterstellungen und Luegen erst moeglich. Wie alleine dieses knappe Jahrzehnt mehr als verdeutlicht. (wird auch 'False-Flag genannt)

Und hier ist Merkels beschissener Versuch, gerade mal eine Woche nach Sackarschwillis Angriff auf Sued-Ossetien, diesen ausschlaggebenden Teil Wahrheit in diesem Konflikt einfach zu unterschlagen und dies auch noch oeffentlich zu propagieren. Keinerlei Respekt oder Bedauern fuer die ueber 1000 in nur wenigen Stunden von Sackarschwilli getoeteten Zivilisten.

Sie mutiert gerade zu einem der vitalsten Aggressoren des westlichen EU'SArelischen-Buendniss+Sateliten. Merkel legt sich nie fest. Ihr Geschwaetz ist immer substanzlos, mangelt an jeglichster Definition, total oberflaechlich und zumeist falsch/heuchlerisch verlogen und kalt. Aber grossartiges Laabern und nur zu gerne Global suhlt 'Es sich im primitiv imbecilen Machtrausch eine der Maechtigsten auf diesem Planeten zu sein. Und genauso hoert 'Es' sich auch an.

Im Mai hatte Merkel, bevor 'Es' sich auf das lateinamerikanische Gipfeltreffen begab die lateinamerikanischen Staats- und Regierungschefs vor dem Gipfel am 16. und 17. Mai aufgefordert, sich von Chavez zu distanzieren." um nach einem weiteren dummprovozierenden Luegenpacket folgenden Spruch loszulassen: "«Die Länder Lateinamerikas sind für uns wichtige politische und wirtschaftliche Partner bei der Gestaltung der ..... globalen Ordnung.»".

Wer mehr ueber dieses ruecksichtslose Individuum erfahren moechte, sollte sich eine der realistisch-objektiven Biographien diesbezueglich reinziehen.

The following is Press TV's exclusive full-length interview with former Bosnian foreign minister Mohammad Sacirbey.

Press TV: I noticed that Richard Holbrooke is saying that it is an outrageous fabrication. What did Karadzic mean by a deal with Richard Holbrooke?

Sacirbey: I have actually been aware of the deal from almost the day it was made. In the summer of 1996, Karadzic withdrew from Bosnian politics, presumably. He withdrew from the leadership of his party. Then he was already indicted, but in fact, he was also running to become a member of the Republika Srpska's (Republic of Srpska) chair in the presidency. All of a sudden he withdrew. That night I met with a US diplomat, a very distinguished gentleman who I have a lot of respect for and he was quite enthused to tell me that Karadzic had withdrawn from politics, and, of course, when I said that why would he withdraw, what is the deal?…there was a bit of silence. In the end, it was acknowledged that in fact Karadzic had been promised by Richard Holbrooke that he would not be arrested even though he was indicted and wanted by the war crimes tribunal if he did withdraw, and of course for the next two to three years, Karadzic, in fact, was quite free and was relatively at liberty and without any threat of arrest.

Press TV: Obviously, I don't expect you to name your source, but Richard Holbrooke is quoted here as saying "I never made such a deal. It would have been unethical and immoral."

Sacirbey: No, let me make sure. I have been very straight with the same picture for over a decade. My source was Ambassador Robert Frowick, at that time the head of the OSCE mission in Bosnia that was overseeing the elections. I have put this on the record, I think, at least 10 years ago.

Press TV: Would president Bill Clinton have been aware as well of this deal with Radovan Karadzic?

Sacirbey: Well, I am not sure of that. All I can tell you is that there was another deal that I think was much more serious and the consequences were much more grave and that was a deal that took place early in the summer of 1995. That involved Richard Holbrooke and that involved Carl Bildt who, then, was the EU mediator and now is Sweden's foreign minister. It involved a French general who was the head of the military forces of the UN in Bosnia i.e. Bernard Jean Vieh. It involved Yasushi Akashi who was the head UN civilian official. They, in effect, acquiesced, gave the green light to Milosevic, Mladic as well as Karadzic to take over the territory of Srebrenica but also Zepa and Gorazda. At that time there was enormous pressure on us to trade these territories and to give, in effect, to Belgrade and the Bosnian Serbs what they wanted in return for them presumably during the peace talks what would end up being Dayton. We refused and as we resisted the green light was given to the Serbian forces to attack that enclave. Of course, I did not know about it. I do not think anyone in my government knew about it and the result was 8000 people murdered. So the second deal probably is explained by the first deal. I suspect many people who were in the US administration at that time, even if they objected to making deals with Milosevic, Mladic and Karadzic, who all subsequently were indicted at that time, they clearly would not be very pleased if that information came out right now.

Press TV: The UN peacekeepers, of course, were watching the Srebrenica massacre in real time. Why do you think the Dayton agreement was so important to the United States that they would be willing to turn a blind eye to massacres like [the one in] Srebrenica. What is it about Dayton?

Sacirbey: First of all I am not sure that actually the Dutch peacekeepers knew of the deal. I think that the Dutch peacekeepers and the Dutch government were supposed to be left holding the bag as one would say. What I mean by that is they were supposed to be the excuse why, in fact, NATO and the United Nations did not act to protect Srebrenica as they were obliged to do under the UN and the NATO resolutions. The defenders of Srebrenica were disarmed and the UN and the NATO were supposed to defend them, so when the Dutch peacekeepers were faced with substantial Serbian tanks and heavy weapons, clearly a superior force, all they had was small guns to fight back. That is when the NATO was supposed to come in. In fact, the Dutch defense minister did call the NATO. I spoke to him on the evening before Srebrenica fell. He told me "I am calling in NATO. They are going to come in the morning and I am going to do it regardless of what the consequence are for the Dutch forces. That call was not honored and that call resulted in a Dutch government falling. It obviously resulted in shame for the Dutch forces who were there and it resulted in 8,000 Bosnian men, children and also women being murdered. It also was a black eye upon NATO because obviously, NATO did not fulfill its commitment and it was clearly one of the worst moments for the United Nations. So it is rather unfortunate, someone who always wants to speak of multilateralism, in fact, betrayed multilateralism in Srebrenica and here I am speaking specifically of Richard Holbrooke but I also must include people like Carl Bildt, like Bernard Jean Vieh and Akashi.

Press TV: Some people say it is even higher up than your making out and that right from the start it was a deal by Bill Clinton's government with the German government to dismember Yugoslavia and the Dayton agreement was about privatizing all the resources of a state which had resources in the hands of the government. Do you think it goes as far as that and in fact all of this is part of an agenda for big companies? And do you think this will all come out in The Hague as we watch Radovan Karadzic defend himself?

Sacirbey: Well, I want to be very careful that I speak of what I have at least some limited first-hand knowledge of. I do have some, now, first-hand knowledge of the deal that was made, simply because as foreign minister certain things were told to me…certain things happened rather peculiar and coming back upon it all it fits into a deal. Was this something that was arranged at the very highest levels? AKWESASNE -- Mohawk grandmothers Kahentinetha Horn and Katenies were in custody at the US/Canadian border, when the two women were handcuffed and beaten by gangs of officers and border patrol agents on Saturday, June 14, 2008. Eight officers beat Kahentinetha, 68 years old, and five officers beat Katenies. Kahentinetha, publisher of Mohawk Nation News, suffered a heart attack and is in a Canadian hospital. Katenies has been released from a Canadian jail and is in seclusion.Katenies, in a telephone interview on Tuesday afternoon, described the police attack on the women at the border. Katenies said the women were returning to Canada from a visit in the US, when they were stopped at the border. After the women showed their Haudenosaunee identification, they were told the IDs were not sufficient and they were detained.

Katenies was told she had an earlier warrant. She had refused to recognize the authority of the Canadian government over her. In the earlier case she had stopped at a border check and was granted permission to pass, but border agents later claimed she was not cleared to pass. When she refused to recognize the authority of the Canadian government over her, a warrant resulted.On Saturday, when Katenies refused to get out of the car, five huge Canadian officers and border agents jumped on her, dragged her out and threw her to the concrete, grinding her chin into the concrete."I went down so fast, they had knees in my back and kidneys. They were like a football team on me and they acted like they had no boundaries."

"They told me if I didn't cooperate, they would break my arms."As officers attacked Katenies, Kahentinetha was on her cell phone calling family members and authorities for help.When Kahentinetha refused to hang up, eight officers attacked her.

Katenies was placed in a cell and could hear the officers bring in Kahentinetha. Katenies could hear Kahentinetha yelling for them to loosen the handcuffs. By the screams of pain, Katenies said it sounded like the police were continuing to tighten the handcuffs as Kahentinetha cried out.

Kahentinetha was handcuffed in a stress hold. The handcuffs cut off Kahentinetha's circulation and she suffered a heart attack. A family member arrived at the same time and was able to get an ambulance immediately for Kahentinetha and she was transported to a hospital.

Katenies was transported to jail in Cornwall, where she remained from Saturday until Monday evening. Katenies said the women were not charged, but were told they would be charged at a later date.

Kahentinetha remains in the hospital, with family present, and her condition is unknown.

A member of the Mohawk Warrior Society said, "They did this because we have the greatest weapon, the truth, and what Kahentinetha writes is the truth. They are terrified of the truth. What they are trying to do is provoke the Mohawks." He said ultimately what they want is to provoke the Mohawks into a confrontation so the Mohawks who are resisting will be shot and killed. He said the Canadian government's plan was to assassinate Kahentinetha.

As the borders were increasingly militarized by Homeland Security and Canadian corporations increasingly seized Indigenous Peoples lands for mining, Kahentinetha and Katenies, were targeted with death threats.

She had been beaten and handcuffed when she collapsed. Earlier when she was pulled over, Kahentinetha immediately contacted her brother, a lawyer, on her cellphone. The entire incident was being filmed as her brother rushed to the scene just in time to call an ambulance for her.Meanwhile, Elder and Grandmother Katenies of Akwesasne was beaten and taken prisoner to an as yet undisclosed location. We are very concerned about her safety. We demand to know of her whereabouts and that she be> released immediately. A few months ago, Julian Fantino put out the word, warning Kahentinetha not to set foot in Ontario or else. She is the publisher of MNN and regular internet reports that are very critical of police and government actions toward Indigenous people. Her articles often clearly state the legalities/realities of the situation that Canada is a corporation plundering unceded Turtle Island. The land and resources belong to the Ongwehoneh people. Canada's huge debt to us will bankrupt them forever.The other day, while Stephen Harper was making a public apology to Indigenous for the crimes of the residential schools, he was also preparing to send the army in at 6 nations. Brantford city mayor has requested it, stating his city police cannot handle another "Mohawk uprising", in other words, peaceful protests against housing development where non resident, non Natives attack the protesters while the police watch. The Ontario Conservatives call for military intervention every day. On Saturday, border agents were pulling over every Native person. Kahentinetha and Katenies were traveling in Akwesasne in the course of their regular activities and were caught up in the dragnet. Ich hab mich Anfang Juni in die Berge verzogen. 'Blog-Huette ohne Internet'Zugriff.

Blue Ridge Mountains, .... Rivers, Creeks, Lakes und relativ 'normale Menschen, die allesamt, aus welchen Gruenden auch immer, nach doch dem Selben suchen und taten wie ich selbst.

Klingt wie ne Beschwerde, da es mir schon immer schwer viel zu relaxn. Bin aber mehr als dankbar, gluecklich und extrem traurig, das alleine dieses 'simple Privileg den meisten Menschen auf diesem Planeten ganz und gar nicht zur Verfuegung steht.

Ganz im Gegenteil.

Alleine in unserer so heilen und fuersorglich zivilisierten 'Westworld' gehen taeglich mehr und mehr Menschen vor die Armutshunde und werden dafuer noch diskriminiert, kriminalisiert und 'militarisiert.

Genau gegen diese konstitutionell-exzessive Legalisierung dieser voranschreitenden Unterjochung einer halben Milliarde Menschen in Europa hat Irland abgestimmt.

Ich hatte auf die Stimme Irlands keinen Wert gelegt.

Durch den inter/national Pre-JA-JA-JA-bedrohend-einschuechternden Pro-Scheiss-Hirnwasch hab ich sowieso damit gerechnet, das die Iren buckeln oder das Ganze eh 'gefixt wird.

Auch fuer den Fall Irland wuerde tun was es denn auch tat, hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. 'Die da Oben' stecken das ganz locker weg und gehen ruecksichtslos und zielstrebig fuer Lissabon.

Und nicht unbedingt erstaunlicher Weise versuchen 'Sie auch genau Das zu tun.

Nur wiedermal komm ich nicht mehr ganz mit, wie schaebigst das Ganze von Statten geht.

Wenn schon 'zuvor die umfassend schmutzige 'Bearbeitung der Iren aufstiess, so ist das Nachbeben umso dreckiger und es ist nicht mehr nur ein Eindruck, dass die europaeischen 'Macher gar nichts anderes mehr zur Verfuegung haben, denn verbal als auch physisch real ihren brutalen, Demokratie und Menschenfeindlichen Pfad in aller Oeffentlichkeit rauszuhaengen. Das gilt europaeisch/national als auch international.

Hoffentlich wird dieser jetzige Zustand-Irland nicht medial zertreten und vergraben wie so alles Andere.

Die 27 Regierungen Europas stimmten dem EU-Vertrag zu und 2 Drittel derer ratifizierten. Durch den 'von Konstitution zum Vertrags-Trick', wurde die halbe Milliarde Buerger Europas an der Entscheidung ueber ihre Zukunft anhand eines undurchsichtigen bis unbekannten und zunehmend gefuerchteten Machwerks gehindert.

Extrems unangenehm ist das kleine Ir'land das 'Einzige, dessen Buerger auf demokratischste Weise ueber eine ungewisse Zukunft abstimmen duerfen.

Fuer diesen eiwandfreien Akt von Demokratie sitzen die Iren jetzt auf einer mannigfachen, undemokratisch-imperialistischen Bank von Anklagen.
