Von den paar deutschen Bloggern, mit denen ich ausserhalb von Kommentarbereichen kommuniziere, musste mir ueber die Zeit hier und da mal wieder gesteckt werden, dass man meine Posts/Links nicht stehen lassen koenne.
Andauernd hoere ich von Abmahnungen, nicht nur unter Bloggern.

Ein Elitaerer, auch in eigenem Interesse Meinungszertretend, ist Scheuerl.
Wie ruecksichtslos man sich selbst und andere minderheitliche Bonzengruppen, gegen durchweg schwaechere Mehrheiten, als Anwalt vertritt, hat Scheuerl hier uebelst eindrucksvoll zur Schau gestellt.
Ausgestattet mit Gesetz und 'Recht verhilft er Unrecht zum Sieg, und laesst keine Gelegenheit aus.
Klein, schwach, hilf&mittellos muessen seine Opfer allesamt sein. Das garantiert den Erfolg seiner ruchlosen, noetigenden Attacken gegen Massen als auch Individuen.
..So wurde der Blogger krueps.de sofort von Scheuerl abgemahnt, als er es wagte ein Youtube-Video eines Panorama-Beitrags, „die kik-story“, aus dem April 2010 zu verlinken.

Is schon ne 'dolle Sache, wenn Eliten/Konzerne/.. die Aufdeckung ihrer Vergehen/Verbrechen schlichtweg abmahnen.
Dabei macht es, wie in diesem Fall, auch keinen Unterschied, auf welcher Ebene man Tiefschlaege austeilt, ... ob man Panorama vor Gericht zerrt oder Privatblogger bedroht ....
In erster Instanz kamen KiK/Scheuerl mit getuerkten eidesstattlichen Versicherungen, die auf blossem Hoerensagen beruhten, durch.

Damit ist jetzt erstmal Schluss.Panorama legte nach, womit die Machenschaft-KiK/Scheuerl vorerst peinlich entbloesst wurde..

Nochmal zurueck zum Klassen'Kampf um die Schulreform:

Der bestehende Fakt, dass Menschen vor Typen wie Scheuerl und seinen maechtigen Auftraggebern berechtigt Angst haben muessen, ist eine bitterboese Sache.
Man Frage sich, wer oder was diese fatale Entwicklung aufhalten zu vermag.
Sieht momentan absolut uebel aus, solange mit steigender Tendenz Politik, Industrie und Rechtsverdreher in einem Boot/Yacht sitzen.

Der Guido hat heute im Rahmen der Rechtfertigung der gezielten Toetung alles erdenkliche zusammen geschmissen.

Zur Frage der Legitimitaet der gezielten Toetung: "Hier geht es nicht um Legitimität, sondern um Legalität"
In dem Zusammenhang ist natuerlich auch "Die Rechtslage (fuer gezielte Toetung) eindeutig diesbezüglich."

Was wir dann zur rechtlich'legalisiert'gezielten Toetung wissen muessen:
"Wir müssen wissen, dass gegnerische Kämpfer in einem nicht internationalen bewaffneten Konflikt in dem vom humanitären Völkerrecht gesteckten Rahmen gezielt bekämpft werden können und auch dürfen."
Welch schleimige Definition. Feine Sache, wenn man einen Angriffskrieg, an dem fast ein Viertel aller Laender dieses Planeten beteiligt sind, als "nicht international bewaffneter Konflikt" bezeichnen darf.

Dann steckt sich der Guido noch 'humanitäres Völkerrecht' in den Rahmen und folgend verpasst dieser Kotzbrocken verpissend das Thema mit "....gezielt bekämpft werden können und auch dürfen." .... gezielt getoetet werden können und auch dürfen. .. waere korrekt.

Das Ganze nennt das Guido dann "Qualifizierung des Afghanistan-Einsatzes" ..... "Ob es uns gefällt oder nicht, so ist die Lage" ... ??

Abschliessend kommt noch die Verteidigung am Hindukusch doppelt und dreifach gewellt:
"Wir haben die Aufgabe, die Sicherheit unseres Landes und auch unsere Frauen und Männer, unsere deutschen Landsleute, zu schützen."

Alleine fuer diese Kacke wuensch ich ihm ewig Duennschiss und keinen Fetzen Klopapiert.
